Robert Ramirez is a retired Colonel of the USAF. Throughout his 28 years serving, his experience includes Command/Leadership (13 years), Targeting Intelligence (9 years), Imagery Intelligence (12 years), Signals Intelligence (8 years), Full Motion Video exploitation (5 years), and Cyber (5 years).

Ramirez holds a Bachelor of Art in Criminal Justice - The University of Texas at San Antonio & Masters of Science in Strategic Intelligence - National Intelligence University.
