Heidi White

Having worked in varying business operations and board positions for over ten years, Heidi is very familiar with payroll, fundraising, training, security, and dispute mediation. She is particularly experienced in compliance issues, benefits, providing strategic advice to operational managers, developing company culture and consensus and developing strong relationships with people. Heidi spent four years working as a contract federal investigator and understands the unique need to protect and preserve sensitive material in accordance with policy and regulations. Heidi is a skilled interviewer and has a demonstrated ability to stay calm and professional when others are upset.

Heidi has served as a leader, spokesperson and financial representative in multiple community board positions to include local swim, PTA, Military Spouse Organizations and Junior League charitable event management.

Heidi earned her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and her Masters in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Heidi is certified in Health Organization Management and is working towards obtaining her SHRM professional certification.
