Dayton Wenzel

Dayton Wenzel is a Strategic Advisor at the Small Business Consulting Company (SBCC).  Using strategic partnerships, he helps the Air Force find and connect with innovative companies to help transition their best technologies for the nation’s most critical defense missions. 

Dayton is a 24-year active duty United States Air Force veteran in the Munitions Systems Technology Career Field and also led aircraft maintenance operations while deployed.  Throughout his Air Force career, he served in various field-level positions, and also held functional manager roles at Air Forces Central Command, and Air Force Special Operations Command.  He served in several named operations including Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, Operation FREEDOM’S SENTINEL, and Operation INHERENT RESOLVE.  He has been assigned to several units supporting F-16, F-15, F-22, F-35 A-10, B-52, B-1, B-52, MC-130, AC-130, MQ-1, MQ-9, CV-22, as well as other United States Government airframes.  Dayton earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology Management from Trident University International.
