Shelley Scripture

Shelley Scripture is a security professional with experience in multiple disciplines. The range of her security experience spans across university research and development, Industrial Security within small businesses, Insider Threat Program development, ICD 705 Physical Security requirements, and Special Access Program Security.

Within the past 4 years, Shelley was successful in securing initial facility clearances, and building and implementing the Industrial Security programs from the ground up for two separate organizations. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail have enabled her to manage all aspects of both possessing and non-possessing cleared facilities. Her current role as Facility Security Officer at Small Business Consulting Corporation has allowed her to hone her Industrial Security skills within an exciting and innovative environment. Prior to finding a fulfilling career in security and protecting our great nation's assets, Shelley spent over 14 years in various fields of education. From private school administration to special education, to higher education within the military population, she enjoyed encouraging and championing students of all ages and abilities.

Shelley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Business Administration and Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Her love for learning keeps her continuously looking for the next challenge. Since April of 2022, she has earned the following professional certificates through DoD and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency: Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), Physical Security Certification (PSC), Industrial Security Oversight Certification (ISOC), and Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (SAPPC).
